FOAMS ACCORDING TO FIAT STANDARDS

Standard polyester polyurethane (PU) foams with a regular cell structure and excellent mechanical properties, tested according to FIAT specifications.

LOW FOGGING AND LOW EMISSION FOAMS FOR AUTOMOTIVE

Polyester and polyether PU foams developed considering the specifications of major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) regarding emissions, mechanical properties, and aging.

These foams feature a very regular cell distribution, allowing their use in vehicle interiors. They can be laminated with other materials and embossed.

Within this group of foams, there are products specifically designed for delicate applications such as headliners and door panels.

CLOSED-CELL FOAMS

Polyether-based foams with closed cells, thus offering reduced air permeability. Characterized by very fine and regular cells, these foams can be hot laminated and bonded with different decorative substrates (fabrics, faux leather, leather). They are particularly suitable for molding in place, door panels, and seals.

SPECIAL FOAMS

Foams with special characteristics allowing their use when particular performance is required in terms of elongation, thermoformability, acoustic absorption, air permeability, and fire resistance, according to strict standards such as those in aviation.

FIRE RETARDANT FOAMS

Foams meeting the requirements of international fire standards. They are characterized by a regular cell structure and can be easily hot laminated and bonded with different substrates.

VISCOELASTIC AND SHOCK ABSORBING FOAMS

Viscoelastic PU foams characterized by low elasticity, particularly suitable for comfort and shock absorption applications.

FOAMS FOR SPONGES, HOME AND BODY CARE

Foams developed to meet the needs of the cosmetic, personal care, and household sectors. They can be easily shaped and bonded with other materials.
